4.67 ACRE PARCEL ON BOCA RATON AIRPORT

Pursuant to the Boca Raton Airport Authority Procurement Code, the Boca Raton Airport Authority invites qualified persons and legal entities to submit Letters of Interest, including statements of qualifications and experience for consideration to lease and develop a 4.67 acre parcel located on the Boca Raton Airport for commercial or other uses as specified in the RLI. The parcel is designated for non-aviation, revenue generating use. The parcel fronts Airport Road and is highly visible from Interstate-95.
